Championing Weston Community Needs

Public Great partnered with our friends at SvN to better understand, surface, and respond to the needs of the diverse Weston neighborhood. As with all of our work, our approach centered direct engagement with the people most impacted, along with the cultural institutions and local leaders who hold deep knowledge of place. We paired what we heard with careful analysis to help translate community aspirations into clear recommendations, showing how stronger inclusion and shared decision-making can deepen social and economic impact.

We are proud to have contributed to the Weston Loop Master Plan, one of Toronto’s most ambitious connector projects. Our role was to help ensure the plan is not only technically strong, but also grounded in lived experience, local identity, and long-term community benefit.
